Some women arrive at a retreat curious. Others arrive tired, ready to be held. The next gathering will be shaped with the same slowness and reverence for your body, and you do not have to decide anything today. Leave your name and email, and the details will find you first.
A quiet line, held with care. You will hear from me when the next retreat is ready to be shared.
We are an ecosystem. The body of the Divine Mother. And in these spaces, we remember.
This is an initiation, a portal, a threshold into the sacredness.
Back to the body. Back to the earth. Back to the sacred feminine that lives in your bones.
This is a matriarchal Circle for Priestesses, Medicine Women, and those who Lead from the Heart.
This is a space for nurturance for the Heart, for the Soul and for the Greatest Work, bringing the Mysteries of the Sacred Goddess back to Earth through the body. Embodying pleasure, embodying compassion, embodying love and embodying connection.
For four days, we gather in the jungle of Yucatán — a place where the earth still hums with ancient knowing.
We will move. We will feel. We will cry, laugh, rage, and rest.
We will work with the jade egg — an ancient practice of reclaiming the womb as a portal of power, pleasure, and presence.
We will call on the Goddesses, in devotion, reconnect to that force inside and outside of us, that Sacred Heart calling into us.
We will drink cacao. We will swim in sacred waters. We will sit in circle with women who see you.
This is meant to be gentle, restful, slow paced, nurturing your nervous system.
We, Heart Leaders whose heart breaks day in and day out seeing the pain and injustice of the world, need nurturance, inspiration, reconnection and self care. This is meant to be that space.
And if you feel the pull — if something in your body said yes before your mind could catch up — then this is for you.
This retreat is open to all who feel called to the path of the Goddess — women, nonbinary, gender nonconforming, and trans individuals are warmly welcome.
Because the Goddess has been calling, as the voice of the land, as the voice of heartbreak, as the voice of the voiceless, that loud calling in the depth of your heart.
She needs to be remembered.
And we do that together.
A few glimpses from our last journey together in Yucatán — the feeling of what this space holds.

DAY 1
Arrive, land in your body, and enter the sacred space. We opened the retreat with ceremony, cacao, and sisterhood as we stepped into the journey together.
DAY 2
We awakened the energy of pleasure, beauty, and embodied femininity through somatic practice and ritual exploration of sacred desire and self-reception.

DAY 3
We journeyed into the healing waters of Yucatán, reconnecting with the Great Mother and the wisdom of emotional and ancestral remembrance.

DAY 4
A gentle morning of integration, shared breakfast, and heartfelt goodbyes as we closed the circle and prepared to carry the Goddess home within us.
Somatic practices inspired by Taoist pleasure teachings — to awaken the body, reconnect with playfulness, and remember what it feels like to be alive in your skin.
Space to breathe, integrate, and simply be. Some days we gather for teachings. Other days we travel to the beach — letting the land of Yucatán hold us.
Sacred ceremonies and rituals to nourish the soul. We close each day in community, in beauty, and in devotion.
A sense of what the next gathering will continue to offer.

The Journey of the Goddess is intentionally a radically inclusive, anti-oppressive space rooted in feminism, embodiment, racial justice, and collective liberation. This retreat brings together women from different bodies, cultures, ethnicities, backgrounds, and life experiences, with particular care for creating a space where women of color and racialized women do not have to minimize themselves, educate others, or navigate the dynamics of white supremacy while they are here.
We believe that embodiment and liberation are inseparable from the social realities we live in. Our work therefore includes an explicit commitment to Palestinian liberation, anti-colonialism, and solidarity with people experiencing oppression and occupation.
This is not a politically neutral space. We ask everyone who joins us to come with a genuine willingness to practice accountability, respect difference, examine their own privilege, and contribute to the safety and liberation of the whole community.

I'm Sasha Ostara — somatic and sexuality coach, initiated priestess, tarot reader, and devoted servant of the Goddess.
I have been walking the path of the priestess since I was twelve years old. More than three decades of devotional practice, ceremony, and sacred work with the Goddess are what I bring into every space I hold.
For over eight years I have been working professionally as a coach and facilitator, certified in Sex, Love and Relationships Coaching through Layla Martin's program, and have held space for 500+ people across five international retreats. My approach is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, rooted in my Mexican, Lebanese, and Maya Quiché heritage.
My work lives at the intersection of the body, the sacred, and the political. I believe that reconnecting with our bodies is an act of resistance, and that devotion to the Goddess is not metaphor — it is a living, breathing practice.
Sasha is a true mystic. A medicine woman. I have sought Sasha's guidance since 2018. Her guidance has helped me in relationships, grief and career growth. She blends dark and light, grace and action so beautifully that I always take inspired action after a session with her. It would be a mistake not to hire her. She has something that cannot be taught, but you will experience in the first moments with her.
